The Blood of Dawnwalker launches on September 3, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. That's the official global date — multiple publisher and retail listings agree on it.

Why do some store pages say September 2? The Steam listing shows a September 2 unlock in some regions — that's a time-zone artifact of the same global launch moment (a game unlocking the evening of Sep 2 in US time is already Sep 3 in Europe and Asia). Your launcher will simply unlock the game when it's midnight somewhere local, so check your own region's store page for the exact hour.

Console Performance: The Day-One Patch

Early console footage showed 30 FPS modes (up to 40 on PS5 Pro / Series X), which raised questions. Rebel Wolves has since confirmed a day-one patch adding a performance mode targeting 60 FPS on PS5, PS5 Pro and Xbox Series X — note the word targeting. Quality and fidelity modes are also included.
