Good Home walkthrough: meeting Haylee in the cave, the wooden palace trail, the charcoal burner's drink, the shiny teeth task, and how it unlocks the Tsarina's extra-day chain.
Good Home is the doorway to The Blood of Dawnwalker's most valuable reward: finish it and the four Sanzhana helper tasks open up, and finishing those buys you an extra day on the 30-day clock. It is also, more quietly, one of the game's best-written hours — a missing child, a charcoal camp, and the strange court of the Sanzhana Tsarina.

How to start
Come to the Gravel Gorge shrine, open the map, and take the quest marker at the gorge's upper right. At the marker, Good Home begins — the Tsarina's business, though you don't know her yet. Follow the light-trail onward.
Haylee, in the cave
The trail ends at a cave, and the cave holds a little girl called Haylee, playing games with someone who is not entirely a person. The conversation is a game of answers:
- Open with the white option: "What game do you want to play?"
- Answer her riddle with "a curse", then "question time."
Keep the exchange going and the trail points onward: she wants you to find the wooden palace. That's your next objective — and the quest's whole shape.
The wooden palace
The palace sits near the East Road shrine by the ruins (unlock the shrine as you pass; the ruins also hide a side objective that permanently raises max health, worth the detour if you can spare it):
- In the village, Focus-scan the house on the left.
- At the wooden palace itself, search both the ground floor and the upper floor.
- Follow the smoke to the charcoal burners' camp and talk to their leader — he'll point you toward the man you're looking for.
The charcoal burner
Find the man at his camp under the tree marks. The classic mistake is offering to help him work — that burns 3 time segments. The correct social lubricant is cheaper: "How about I buy you a drink instead?", then offer the Transylvanian white wine. With the drink done, take "I just want to help" and bring him back to Haylee.
The Tsarina's court
Back at the cave — or rather, through it — you meet the Sanzhana Tsarina herself, and the conversation that decides Haylee's future runs: "The girl should be with her own family." → "The real question is what staying here means for her." → "All right, no problem."
Then comes the price. The Tsarina wants three shiny teeth — human teeth, taken from the living. Kill soldiers or civilians until you have three, and return them to her at the cave.
The letter, and the unlock
Submit the teeth, then finish the scene with the letter from your sister: "Tell her I will get them all out." The quest closes — and with it, the four Sanzhana helper tasks open across the valley: Following the Sound, Sorrow of the Burrow, Pocket Dancer and Pearly and Precious. Finish all four, report back to the Tsarina in person, and the extra day is yours. Our guide to extending the 30-day timer walks that chain in full.
